Our cheese is made and ripened naturally, so consumers can choose to eat their cheese the way they like it.  Moreover, natural cheese has many natural health benefits. 

We source our milk from hundreds of smallholding family farms, supporting our local economy and ensuring we use quality ingredients.

There is celebration of art and science when enjoying the delicious results of this ancient artisan craft - from a simple wedge of creamy, rich Camembert, Brie or Bleu de Brun; the excitement provoked by nibbling a broken edge off a piece of crumbly vintage Cheddar and the anticipation of enjoying a mellow naturally ripened Gouda.
